About the Artist
I was born and raised in Indonesia but currently based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I moved to Canada in 2004 to be with the love of my life. My formal education is in Library Science. I’ve been a school librarian, a cataloger, and a web designer. I like to make stuff and it just so happens that my favourite stuff to make is photographic images.
Artist’s Statement
I shoot a variety of subject matter, but it’s not usually the subject matter that drives me to press the shutter. It’s the compositional possibilities that the subject matter offers. Naturally, the subject matter that offers the most compositional possibilities, namely nature, is what I shoot the most.
